We met Blain by chance at a home showing. We hit it off right off the bat. We were looking to buy our 4th home, so needless to say, not our first rodeo. Blain was very attentive, never high pressure, and he was one we felt we could ask, "what's your opinion" and we got a fair, honest answer. On buying our home, he was right there beside us. But on the selling, i was truly amazed. He listed it 20K higher than we thought and we had 2 full price offers within 24 hours of the listing going live. We ended up getting a 15K higher than listed sale. (35K higher than what we thought) We were amazed and quite honestly, grateful for his guidance. He's a good man, excellent realtor, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to list or buy. Not a high pressure guy and very, very responsive.

First time selling and Blain from RSR realtors came along and we took him as our realtor. He stayed with us the whole way.He knows exactly what has to be said and done. He is just like family too us. I just went through buying a home with Blain and I can’t imagine it going any more perfect with anyone but him. I went from browsing Zillow to being matched with Blain as a realtor. Blain was patient with me, there was no pressure- I randomly disappeared and didn’t respond for weeks at a time and he never once gave me a hard time and he was always there when I would finally reach out. I wanted to see a dry cabin in the middle of the Tuscarora State Forest and he was right there for it… he asked all the hard questions so I didn’t have to. I was impressed that he was open minded and supportive of an off grid lifestyle and even explained that if he didn’t know something, he would find out. Months went by and nothing stood out. I’m particular and places needed to have a way about them. He knew the places I would like and that helped me feel comfortable. He would also help chase down answers for my endless questions. Another “me” place came up, and we jumped to go see it. It was a hard choice but I loved it enough to put an offer down on it. Blain made that super easy and worked with our needs and also had no problem speaking up if there was something we didn’t think about when coming up with the offer. Never once did I feel like I was bothering him. I highly recommend Blain to anyone seeking to buy a home. He was so easy to work with and had the skills to make magic happen when we finally had an offer accepted!
